This is Miss Adalynn Josephine, the newest addition to the My Decoupaged Life family.
I have to say we couldn’t be more excited. She came a couple weeks early (hence being completely unprepared with any scheduled posts and whatnot) but she’s absolutely perfect.
My labor was actually relatively quick and easy, especially compared to my first (I broke my tailbone..who knew that could even happen??). From the time I got to the hospital to the time I delivered was only 3 1/2 hours. And let me tell ya, that time went by super fast. She was only 5 lbs 1 oz when she was born so she’s super tiny.
Mackenzie absolutely loves her sister, though she has taken to whining a little bit more in order to get more attention. I’m sure it’ll all balance out as I figure out this whole two-kids thing.
Hopefully now that things are settling down I’ll be able to get back on schedule, though I should warn you that I no longer have my laptop (with all my blog info, pictures, etc.) due to some…unfortunate circumstances. So that’s also thrown me through a loop. But don’t worry, I’ll get it all worked out!
